David Huffman - Owner of SCI
My wife and I stepped out in faith back in 1999 to launch SCI. I had worked as a Retail Store Manager for a number of years and saw the need for a commercial cleaning company that would deliver great results in a hassle-free way. We thought if someone would just properly select, train and communicate with their cleaning techs, customers could spend more time focusing on their own business. It turns out that my premise was correct.
We have experienced awesome growth over the years. We have called Middle Tennessee home for over twenty-five years. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your cleaning needs.

Reasonably priced, competitive, budget-friendly
Most janitorial service companies had hefty price increases at the beginning of 2023 due to inflation. SCI Janitorial did not raise prices on janitorial services and was able to do so by keeping tech turnover at virtually zero, cost savings with insurance safety reward discounts, continuing performance best practices and cost cutting initiatives for chemicals and equipment. And lastly, we are not a franchise so no franchise fees and overhead to cover.
